I just want to feed the people; to feel good about what is on their plates to fuel their activities.  People come here for the enjoyment of nature, so it is my goal to nourish people in a way that is in harmony with nature.

I think there is an important correlation with the way that people grow in regard to progress and the way that the food they eat is grown.

It's called synergy.  To me, it represents the air we breathe, water we drink, and soil we walk on and the manner in which we find ourselves connected to these things.
